Insurance & Payment Options

Insurance

Our office accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare.  Auto accident and personal injury insurance are accepted, as well as workers compensation plans.  Since coverage from plan to plan can vary, it is important for us and the patient to try and understand costs of care in the office prior to treatment.  We encourage patients to reach out to their carrier with questions.  Before your first visit, please provide the office with your insurance information either through phone or email. We do our best to verify coverage prior to treatment.  We aren’t a fan of sending bills in the mail, and I am sure patients aren’t fans of receiving bills in the mail either.  Therefore, we like to go over your estimated costs first, and we ask that patients simply pay at time of service.

No insurance or cash services

For patients who have no insurance or minimal insurance coverage, we do offer affordable treatment rates.  Some of the services in our office simply may not be covered by insurance.  We inform patients as to what these services are, and patients can then pay using cash, check, credit card, flexible spending cards, or health spending accounts.  We care about your finances.  Sometimes our non-insurance rates are even cheaper than some insurance fees.  If this is the case, we will also give you the option of choosing which rate you prefer to pay.

Budgeting

Are you worried you cannot afford care?  Medical costs and treatments can cause a financial burden on patients, and we understand that.  We do offers ways to budget pay for treatment.  Please do not put off your health.  If you are concerned about costs of care or affording treatment in the office, please speak with us.  We can help and find a way to make it work!
