I've been around chiropractic for most of my life. I grew up locally in Pottstown and Douglassville and was first introduced to chiropractic when I was just 9 years old. It quickly became more than an interest. It became a passion. As soon as I was old enough to drive, I began working in a chiropractic office, where I saw firsthand the difference honest, patient-centered care can make in someone's life.
Those early experiences shaped the philosophy that Keep It Kinetic Chiropractic was built on.
I believe chiropractic care should never rely on fear, pressure, or unnecessary long-term treatment plans. My job is to provide honest recommendations, explain your condition clearly, and help you make the decision that is right for you. Whether you need one visit or ongoing care, you will always understand why I am making a recommendation, and you will never be pressured into treatment you do not want or need.
My goal is simple. I want to help you feel better as quickly as possible so you can get back to doing the things that matter most to you. Whether that means returning to work, getting back to the gym, playing with your kids, or simply living with less pain, I want to help you move better, hurt less, and live more.
I graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, along with minors in Biology and Coaching. I then earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in 2012. Since opening my practice in 2013, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of patients throughout Pottstown, Limerick, Royersford, Collegeville, and the surrounding communities.
One of my favorite parts of this profession is building lasting relationships with my patients. We do not just talk about back pain and neck pain. We talk about family, vacations, sports, work, hobbies, and everything in between. Those relationships are one of the things that make our office special.
Outside of the office, I have been with my amazing girlfriend since 2005, and together we are raising our daughter, who was born in 2019, and our son, who was born in 2022. Family time is incredibly important to me. When we are not at the office, you will usually find us spending time outdoors, taking trips to the beach, or visiting one of our favorite places, Maine.
Sports have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing just about everything, but volleyball eventually became my favorite, and I still enjoy playing doubles whenever I get the chance. I have also had the opportunity to serve as the on-site chiropractor for the Pottstown Rumble, the world's largest grass volleyball tournament.
One final thing you should probably know about me. Despite growing up in Pennsylvania, I have been a San Francisco 49ers fan for as long as I can remember. It does not make me very popular during football season, but it always starts a few conversations around the office.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel your best.
