Completing healthcare and insurance paperwork

Insurance & Payment Options

Clear costs, practical options, and help understanding your coverage before treatment.

We believe you should understand both your treatment plan and your expected costs before care begins.

Insurance

Understanding your insurance benefits shouldn't be confusing.

Our office accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare, auto accident insurance, personal injury claims, and workers' compensation. Because every insurance plan is different, we'll do our best to verify your coverage before your first visit and explain your estimated costs ahead of time.

We believe there should be no surprises. That's why we review your expected out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins, answer your questions, and ask that payment be made at the time of service.

Flexible payment

Self-Pay & Cash Options

For patients who have no insurance or minimal insurance coverage, we do offer affordable treatment rates. Some of the services in our office simply may not be covered by insurance. We inform patients as to what these services are, and patients can then pay using cash, check, credit card, flexible spending cards, or health spending accounts. We care about your finances. In some cases, our self-pay rates may actually cost less than using insurance. If that's the case, we'll explain your options and let you decide which makes the most sense.

Care that works for you

Budget-Friendly Options

We understand that healthcare expenses can be stressful, and we never want financial concerns to prevent someone from getting the care they need.

If you're worried about the cost of treatment, talk to us. We'll explain your options, answer your questions, and work with you to find an approach that fits both your health goals and your budget.
